Too many students leave school without the skills
employers actually require. We close that gap.
We are seeking founding partners to launch our first student cohorts
and establish a sustainable, scalable model for career skills access.
We close the career skills gap for students who feel it most.

Stronger career confidence
Students understand the needs of today’s businesses and they are confident they can meet them.

Higher job placement readiness
Being “ready for work” is as much about mastering durable skills as knowing the specific job skills required.

Increased employability
Students are ready to take the next step in their career, and they can communicate that effectively to employers.

Reduced equity gaps in workforce prep
No matter a student’s background and opportunities, we help them prepare to be successful in their career.
In a 2025 study, 85% of hiring managers said they hire based on a skills-based assessment. LinkedIn reports that workers with strong soft skills are promoted sooner and more often. Employers increasingly value durable professional skills such as communication, conflict management, and leadership ability.
Despite these trends, students are graduating unprepared to meet these needs and to succeed in today’s job market. This is especially true for underprivileged students and those without role models.
Why? Schools are under-resourced. Employers assume students arrive career-ready. Families with privilege fill the gap privately, while students without it are behind before their first interview.
Because we don’t believe opportunity should be determined by zip code, we’re building the next generation of workforce-readiness infrastructure for students who are currently being left behind — and we are looking for partners to help us launch it.
We deliver real value to help students succeed.
These outcomes are achieved through instruction in topics such as interviewing,
communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and more.
In addition to learning valuable durable skills that will support them throughout their lives, students
taking these courses individually may be able to receive high school credit.*

As educators, we have a responsibility not only to prepare students academically, but also to ensure they are ready for life beyond the classroom. Teaching durable skills gives our graduates the confidence and capacity to succeed no matter what path they choose.

No matter how long you’ve been in leadership, you are still going have blind spots and pockets of denial. Building Empathy
helped me identify, understand, and most importantly, do something about personal biases that may limit my effectiveness.
